Nicole infuses her fun-loving curiosity for learning in her classes, workshops, and corporate wellness trainings. Her classes are thoughtfully crafted to create accessibility for all, and leave students feeling empowered to balance the demands of their daily life. What sets her classes apart? She is a teacher by vocation and avocation. Nicole graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in English and a Masters in Education. Nicole began her professional life as a classroom teacher and after an award winning career in the classroom she decided to pursue a new path. A friend suggested she should check out Guruv Yoga in Lake Mary. After taking Tymi Howard's Vinyasa Flow class, Nicole knew she had found her passion. She become a E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and has been fortunate to have been taught by the likes of Steve Ross, Mukti Buck, Desiree Rumbaugh, Ross Rayburn,Jason Crandell, Gary Kraftsgow, and of course her mentor Tymi Howard.
